These Terms govern your use of the Shooters Pocket Diary app and website, provided by Nimje Digital Solutions. By creating an account or using Shooters Pocket Diary, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

Shooters Pocket Diary is for users aged 18 and over. You must confirm this with the age checkbox at signup.

Your account

You can sign up with Google Sign-In or with an email address and password verified by a one-time code sent to that email. If you use the same email address for both, they are treated as one account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Roles

Accounts are either shooters, coaches, or admins. Anyone can request the coach role; it is only granted after an admin approves the request. Coaches can publish blog posts. Following a coach does not, by itself, give that coach access to your diary. You must separately approve a coach for diary write access, and you can revoke that access at any time.

Marketplace: non-weapon items only

Any marketplace features on Shooters Pocket Diary are restricted to non-weapon shooting-sport gear only. We do not permit listings for firearms, air rifles or pistols, shotguns, ammunition, pellets, weapon parts, or anything that attaches to a weapon. Permitted categories include apparel, bags and cases, spotting scopes and stands, eye and ear protection, non-attached training aids, and books.

Rulebooks and third-party content

Where we reference ISSF or NRAI rules, we link to the official source rather than reproducing or re-hosting rulebook content.

Premium features & payments

Premium is an optional subscription in the app that removes ads and unlocks advanced progress charts and diary export. It is billed through Google Play Billing. All other features, including the rules library and search, are free. See our Refund Policy for refund details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Shooters Pocket Diary. This includes attempting to access another user’s diary without permission, uploading content you don’t have the right to share, or using the service for anything unlawful.

Termination

You may stop using Shooters Pocket Diary and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of Shooters Pocket Diary is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Achalpur, Maharashtra, India.
